3 Layer Mineral Bitumen Felt
- This is a cost-effective method to re-roof but is not good for the environment.
- We only use fix-R20 cap felt which is one of the best on the market

1 layer for sheds
2 layers for garages
3 layers for domestic use

Rubber EPDM Single Ply
- EPDM single-ply rubber is an efficient material to use.
- It comes in sizes up to 9m x 30m which means joins are reduced.
- It is simply glued down.
New / old deck: New decking only
Installation: For best results install between Spring & Autumn
Fire risk during installation: None
Longevity: 40-50 years
Cost: Medium
GRP Fibreglass
- GRP is a good product when installed properly.
- The look is very modern. We recommend using a registered installer.
New / old deck: New decking only
Installation: Can only be installed above 5’ C.

Longevity: 30+ years
Cost: High
Lead
- Lead is one of the oldest materials used for flat roofing.
- It is 100% recyclable and has a high value in the scrap metal industry thus is prone to theft.
New / old deck: New & old
Installation: Decking is constructed by 50mm step on each join, making it costly to construct.
Can be installed all year round.
Fire risk during installation: Low – High if welded
Longevity: 60-100 years if correctly installed.
Cost: Very High
